Take Action to Protect our Forests from Genetically Engineered trees!
On December 8, 2023, The American Chestnut Foundation (TACF) announced it is discontinuing its development of this GE tree called “Darling 58” due to unexpected problems.
The researchers at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF), however, says they will continue to seek regulatory approval for the petition that is pending with the USDA.
Write to them today and demand they withdraw the petition and keep our forests safe!
