Global Justice Ecology Project/Campaign to STOP GE Trees GE Trees Campaigner Ruddy Turnstone was a recent guest on the Progressive News Network show hosted by Rick Spisak. The discussion surrounded the petition campaign encouraging the USDA to not approve genetically engineered eucalyptus crops. The petition received over 250,000 signatures.
Along with her work with GJEP/SGET, Ruddy provides direct action climb trainings for the Earth First! Climbers Guild, Greenpeace, the Backbone Campaign and at Trans and Women’s Action Camps, and tree climbing to the public as recreation.
